This notice describes how AMA CLASS, K.K. handles information for Kirokune and this website.
Records stay on your device
Notes, audio, photos, transcripts, case labels, and organization drafts are stored on your iPhone. Kirokune does not automatically send this record content to us or to an analytics provider.
App measurement and ads
The iOS app sends only fixed, aggregate product events to Firebase/Google Analytics, such as app launches, a small set of onboarding steps and preset choices, feature use, import outcomes, and purchase-flow events. It does not send record text, audio, photos, transcripts, free-form entries, names, dates, file names, or product IDs. Free accounts may show non-personalized Google AdMob ads. We do not use cross-app tracking or use record content or activity history to target ads. Google may receive IP address and device or OS information to show an ad and prevent fraud. Paid plans do not show ads.
Optional services
If you choose to create an optional account, Supabase Auth processes the email address, authentication information, and account identifier needed for sign-in. Purchase status and restoration are handled through the App Store and RevenueCat. Record content is not sent for either purpose.
This website
Cloudflare may process technical request data to deliver this website. Google Fonts are requested by your browser to display type. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you choose Allow in the cookie notice; declining does not block reading this site.
Feedback and contact
If you use the in-app Send a bug report or request form, only the category you choose, your message, and the app and OS versions are sent through a Cloudflare Worker to a private Slack channel managed by Kirokune. Record text, audio, photos, transcripts, case names, and people’s names are not sent automatically. We use the information you choose to send to respond and investigate. Do not include records or sensitive information unless necessary.
