対象と利用者の操作

本拡張機能は、利用者が開いて選択したSlackのチャンネル、ダイレクトメッセージまたはスレッドだけを対象に、指定した期間（最大31日間）のメッセージと返信をJSONファイルとして利用者の端末に保存します。書き出しは、利用者が本拡張機能で実行を選んだ場合にのみ開始されます。

取り扱う情報

書き出しのため、本拡張機能は選択したSlack会話の本文、送信者ID、メッセージ・スレッドの時刻、スレッド返信、および会話を特定するIDを読み取ります。また、Slackにログイン済みの利用者が書き出しを実行する間だけ、Slackセッションの認証トークンをChromeのメモリ上で一時的に扱います。

認証トークンはChrome Storage、書き出したJSONファイルまたは当社のサーバーに保存しません。会話内容もChrome Storageや当社のサーバーに送信・保存しません。

利用目的と通信先

取り扱う情報は、利用者が選んだSlack会話とスレッド返信を、利用者の端末にJSON形式で書き出す機能の提供にのみ使用します。本拡張機能のネットワーク通信は、利用者がすでにログインしている同一のSlackワークスペースに対してのみ行われます。きろくね、当社のサーバー、広告事業者、分析事業者またはその他の第三者サーバーへ会話内容や認証トークンを送信しません。

本拡張機能は、広告、アクセス解析、行動ターゲティングまたは外部ストレージを使用しません。

保存期間・共有・利用者の管理

認証トークンは書き出し中のメモリ内にだけ保持され、処理の完了後に保持しません。生成されたJSONファイルは利用者の端末に直接保存され、利用者が管理します。当社は書き出したSlackの会話内容を閲覧、販売、共有、広告利用または機械学習の学習に使用しません。

利用者は、生成されたJSONファイルを削除することで、端末に保存された書き出し結果を削除できます。利用者は所属組織の規程およびSlackワークスペースのポリシーに従って本拡張機能を利用してください。

Privacy Policy (English)

Kirokune Slack Export exports only the Slack channel, direct message, or thread that you have open and choose to export. It saves messages in the date range you select, including replies to threads whose parent message is in that range, as a JSON file directly on your device. An export starts only after you choose it.

To provide this export, the extension reads the selected Slack conversation's message text, sender IDs, timestamps, thread replies, and conversation identifier. It also handles a temporary Slack session token in Chrome memory only while an export is running. Neither the token nor message content is stored in Chrome Storage, written into the exported JSON as a credential, or sent to Kirokune, Ama Class, or any third-party server.

The extension makes network requests only to the same Slack workspace in which you are already signed in. It uses the data solely to retrieve the conversation and save the requested JSON file locally. It does not use advertising, analytics, behavioural targeting, external storage, or remote code. We do not sell, share, view, use for advertising, or use for model training the exported Slack content.

The temporary token is retained only in memory during the export. You control the generated JSON file and may delete it from your device at any time. Please use the extension in accordance with your organization's rules and Slack workspace policies. For questions, contact [email protected].
